When is New/Outplacement right for you?
With our New/Outplacement programs we accompany you in difficult professional change situations, usually after you have transitioned from an employed position. However, you can also use New/Outplacement consulting in other circumstances: for example, if you are exploring opportunities after a longer career break such as a sabbatical, maternity leave or sickness-related absence (e.g. burn-out).
Professional reorientation often brings personal change. Such life situations are not always easy but there are always hidden opportunities. To allow you to see your current situation as an opportunity, we want to support you as your individual New/Outplacement Counsellors. We are experts for professional career-changes.
In addition, each of us has also experience in various roles (Managing Director – Manager – Specialist) in business life. Our cumulated wealth of Know-How can prove very valuable in your own transition process and is at your disposal throughout your New Outplacement Program. In addition, our network of contacts with HR Managers – Managing Directors - Department Heads is also available for you and we actively connect you with potential companies.
A particularly important part of our work is our Face to Face Coaching Sessions, which provide support for all your different concerns, ranging from updating your application documents (CV + letter of application) through preparation for job interviews – vision & target finding – Business Planning – sparring for decision making processes – job search strategies – investor searches for entrepreneurial ventures and many other aspects. We will also cover “softer”, but not less essential, psychological matters – such as the correct way to handle your fear response – an essential skill to allow you to focus on your new path in a calm and positive manner.
Of course, you can always let us know in advance if there are specific topics you would like to discuss with your New Outplacement Counsellor and these will be added to the agenda and covered in the next session.
In addition to your personal consulting sessions, we will also provide online coaching via What’s app/Email/telephone and the gotomeeting app. This service is very helpful in situations where you do not have a personell appointment with your New Outplacement Counsellor but need time-senstive assistance: for example, because a company has made an offer to you, or you need quick feedback for an application or if you don't live in Vienna.
