New/Outplacement

New/Outplacement services are designed to accompany transitioning employees during their professional repositioning, providing support, advice and coaching with the final aim of the transitioning individual either securing a new employed position or pursuing an entrepreneurial path.

New/Outplacement services typically start as soon as possible after the existing labour relationships finishes – in many cases, the best solution is for the program to start while the employee is still working his/her notice period. The program can be financed either by the former employer or by the transitioning employee. During the consulting period, the professional advisers and the network of Outplacementberatung help clients set the course for their professional future.

All our New/Outplacement consultants have years of experience and are experts with a wide range of different focus areas (Coaching - Therapy - Head Hunting etc.). The content of our New/Outplacement programs is based on the needs of individual clients. The initial interview, where our experts assess the personal situation and needs of the relevant individuals, serves as the basis for development of your individual and customised New/Outplacement program.

What programs do we offer?

Outplacementberatung offers its clients all New/Outplacement programs in a Fit for Job and a Ready for Business version. The duration of the programmes is three, six, twelve months or indefinite. In the Fit for Job variant, clients are accompanied in the labour market during their new positioning. The aim is for the client to secure a new employed position. In the Ready for Business variant, clients are supported on their way to self-sufficiency. The aim is the creation of an own company.
