Your choice of career is by no means set in stone. The professional and business world is developing at a frantic pace and traditional career paths, where you spend your whole life in one company, have become a thing of the past. Very often, your own values also change with each phase of your life.
This change process is totally natural; a career decision you made many years ago may not suit you so well today, and your desire for a career change becomes even stronger. But of course it is not easy to leave a good job. You have invested a lot of time and energy in what you have achieved.
Changes also always bring a certain degree of uncertainty. Therefore it is important to look closely at which career change is exactly the right one for you. The good news is - you can take your career in the new direction that suits you at any time. To do this it is especially important to find out to what extent your professional desires match your personality and your competences.
You will find out much more about this in the personal profiling. For this, we use different tests. After a discussion with your career coach, you can do the test very conveniently at home. You will then discuss your results with our Assessment Centre Expert and your Career Coach. This is the basis to be able to make a good career decision.
