Exit Interview Training
A core element of professional transition management is a well prepared and exit interview. At this point in the transition process, everything that was planned, decided and agreed in advance becomes a reality for the first time all those directly involved - i.e. for the affected employees, the severance committee, the leadership as well as the remaining employees within the organisation.
Exit Interviews are never an easy or pleasant task, but the reactions that occur can be influenced by the way in which the interviews are held. Every interview should be prepared professionally. The roles should be clearly agreed and assigned. The separation message should be customised exactly for the affected persons. Every HR Manager as well as every senior manager should be party to the agreed possible approaches during exit interviews. Only in this way can an exit be turned into a good new start after a certain time. We will prepare you for this in our seminars and coaching sessions.
